Pleased to announce our newest team member, Seneca S., Emergency Operations Specialist (London Office, UK)
AMI Global Assistance (AMI-GA), an emerging name in global medical, travel and corporate assistance for business, leisure, expatriate, and corporate clients, is delighted to introduce our new Emergency Operations Specialist, Seneca Lebrun. Seneca will be responsible for leading a team to oversee exceptional service delivery in travel risk management and international assistance services for global leaders, business travelers and local nationals, worldwide.
In a previous position, Seneca traveled internationally implementing improvement plans, providing staff training, and reviewing KPI’s. Additionally, she developed assistance and customer service procedures, facilitated the launch of a claims platform and established a network of global providers – developing care pathways for both medical and assistance teams.
Seneca brings deep experience working directly with large corporate clients on:
• Employee assistance issues
• Streamlining processes
• Containing costs
• Cultivating long-lasting relationships
As an ambassador of AMI-GA, Seneca will build relationships with patients, providers and partners facilitating accurate and effective support. Her experience managing high-cost, sensitive cases for corporate clients lends to her value consistently elevating duty and long-lasting client relationships.
