Shelby Friedel | Senior Operations Analyst

Shelby, our Senior Operations Analyst, supports the team with her passion for organization, efficiency, and intuitive ideas. She joined AMI-GA via AMI Expeditionary Healthcare (AMI), where she supported the Director of Operations, the Vice President of International Clinical Services, and AMI Hospitals and Clinics. 

At AMI, Shelby played a critical role in operational and administrative management. Her key initiatives included implementing data visualization, setting up protocols, and establishing reporting structures to keep leadership teams up-to-date. Additionally, she was privileged to work on special projects for the senior leadership team. Before joining AMI, Shelby worked in data analytics in telecommunications. 

In her work with AMI Global Assistance, Shelby is able to pursue her passion for helping people and traveling. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and international security from Dickson College.
