Seneca Lebrun | Emergency Operations Specialist (London, UK Office)

Seneca Lebrun joins AMI Global Assistance (AMI-GA) as an Emergency Operations Specialist with over 15 years of experience in healthcare and insurance. Her expertise spans managed care, emergency assistance, team management, and customer service in high-pressure environments. 

In a previous position, Seneca liaised with prominent corporate clients to resolve employee assistance issues; while ensuring high customer satisfaction and containing costs. Additionally, Seneca Co-Chaired the International Medical ‘Grand Rounds’ Call for high-profile, corporate clients on a weekly basis, ensuring medical cases were addressed accordingly and employees returned to work in a timely and fit manner. 

As Emergency Operations Specialist, Seneca will be responsible for leading a team to oversee exceptional service delivery in travel risk management and international assistance services for global leaders, business travelers and local nationals, worldwide.
