Monique McGough | Chief of Staff

Monique comes to AMI-GA via AMI where she directly supported the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Joining AMI during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic she played a critical role in supporting operational and administrative synchronization. Some of her key initiatives included the implementation of multiple organization-wide ISO certifications, as well as market and strategic analysis for the executive leadership team. She also had the privilege to work for the senior leadership team on special projects.

Right before joining AMI, Monique worked for key government officials at the Virginia State Capitol. Prior to working in government, she spent four years in a rigorous Corp of Cadets program in conjunction with cross-campus ROTC at a Senior Military College. She graduated college with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a concentration in Business, she then went on to be commissioned as an officer into the United States Military.
