Darren Jackman | Emergency Operations Specialist (London, UK Office)

Darren joins AMI-GA with 20 years of assistance expertise within the medical and financial industries supporting clinical assistance programs, premier account management, quality control and customer service. Growing up in Germany, Darren is fluent in English and German. He earned a business and finance degree and spent the earlier part of his professional career as a police constable.

In the second half of his career, Darren transitioned into the global assistance space and worked for Cega and Healix. Through his experience as a Client Liaison, Operations Specialist, and Team Lead in the medical assistance industry, Darren has directly assisted with thousands of repatriations and evacuations, led teams of coordinators, handled quality assurance, and facilitated performance management of inpatient cases including high-level corporate executives and heads of state.

As a communications specialist, Darren handled correspondence and translations of German medical reports as well as the communications with healthcare facilities across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, etc.

Darren’s background for delivering exceptional care and customer service to global travelers and expatriates contributes to his role mentoring colleagues and overseeing the quality assurance process of delivering exceptional care to our clients.
