Aanisa Allali-Williams | Executive Assistant (London, UK Office)
Aanisa joins AMI Global Assistance (AMI-GA) with over 7 years of experience in medical underwriting, client relations, sales support tools, customer service, office administration and personal assistant functions within different industries.
As a Medical Underwriter, Aanisa worked in sales administration at Towegrate Insurance and gained knowledge of medical conditions, organizing and supporting the claims team with administration for medical assistance and repatriation claims. Her role expanded as she was given office and sales administration duties, providing personal assistance to the Chief Medical Director.
Aanisa later became right hand to the CEO as a Business Administrator for all aspects of event and facilities management. In short order, she was promoted to Client Service Manager where she was able to focus on the interests of the clients. Using her keen perspective, she streamlined processes, prioritized workloads, and worked innovatively to provide excellent customer service.
Aanisa will work closely with the Chief of Staff to implement new ISO standards throughout the organization, which will ensure AMI-GA is following best practices within the industry. Aanisa will also act as a liaison for the executive team who reside around the globe.
